1. Browse all open roles

After signing up on Paraform, you’ll be able to browse all open roles along with their referral bonus. You can filter by departments (Engineering, Design, Product, etc.) and industries (AI, SaaS, Crypto, Marketplaces, etc.) to narrow your search based on your network or a specific friend/colleague in mind. Clicking a role will show more information about that role & company along with referral guidelines and tips.

2. Refer someone

You can easily refer someone to any open roles in 3 easy steps. After referring a candidate, Paraform and the hiring managers at each startup will take it from there. If they’re a great fit and get hired, you get rewarded!

1. After choosing a role & company you’re interested in referring someone to, you can start by pressing “Refer someone”. Below is an example Lead Product Designer role from Showtime.
